As longtime friends and collaborators in the events industry, we’ve dreamed of owning a business that brings people joy, beauty, and lasting memories — and Boxwood Event Rentals is exactly that.

In 2025, we had the incredible opportunity to purchase this established company and step into the legacy built by its original founders, Susan and Hector Diaz. Their vision and dedication laid the foundation for what Boxwood has become: a trusted rental service known for quality, elegance, and dependability. We are honored to carry that torch forward with heart, creativity, and excellence.

With fresh eyes and deep respect for what’s already been built, our mission is to continue growing Boxwood as a go-to rental company for weddings, private celebrations, and community events — while adding our own touch of style, customer care, and innovation.

The motto is - Celebrate the Moment. The now! A wedding, a birthday party, a bridal or baby shower, a retirement party, a business launch, and everything in between. Because life is about the magic contained within the little moments, those instances we hold dearly, and relive in our minds over and over for the rest of our days. 

The mission - is to offer event planners, hostesses, DIY brides, photographers, set designers & businesses from all realms thoughtfully curated rentals. Memorable and personalized design services, along with transparent business practices maximize each client's experience when planning anything from intimate to large-scale events.
